At the bottom of every screen is the menu bar. This allows you to easily switch between areas of the app. You’ll find:
- Inventory: A place to store all the inventory you have aboard the boat, record where and when you bought it, how much you paid, and maybe most importantly, where you stowed it onboard.
- Fuel: Go here to record all of your fuel ups, including which engine and the engine hours, or if it went to a jerry can.
- Maintenance: Go here to record all the maintenance you perform on your boat. And for those items that are recurring at a regular interval (either time or engine hours), set a reminder for when it’s next due.
- Voyages: Record all the places you visit, the people that join you, and the sights and adventures both on and off the boat. There’s also a time-stamped navigation log to record ship related activity, change of watch, etc.*
- More: This stores all your Vessel info as well as Anchorages, Marinas, Chandleries, Boatyards, and the people who come aboard your boat.
*Note that an electronic ship’s log may or may not legally replace the need for a bound paper logbook depending on your ship’s country of registration, area you’re sailing in, and local laws. You are responsible for maintaining logs as required by law, and doing so in a way that meets local regulations. This logbook may or may not meet those legal requirements.
