When you click on the add new icon from the Maintenance List, this page slides up from the bottom of the screen:

- For all the items above the horizontal line, see New Maintenance. This page deals exclusively with the recurring section.
- Recurring: Toggling this switch reveals the criteria for recurring maintenance. The first time you turn this on you will be asked for permission to send you notifications when the recurring item is due. You can change this setting in the future by going to the Settings app and selecting Notifications. Note that if notifications are not granted you will not get a pop-up warning when items are due, but the Maintenance List will still show when they are due and overdue.
- By Time: If the recurring schedule is time based, choose that interval from the drop-down list. If it is purely an engine-hours based interval, choose Never. Choose from the following: Never, Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly (every 14 days), Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Bi-Annually (every 2 years), 3-years, 5-years.
- Every: If the recurring interval is based on engine-hours, or some other hour meter (e.g. water maker hours) enter the number of hours here. A recurring maintenance item can be both time and engine-hours based, and whichever occurs first will trigger the notification (e.g. change engine oil annually, or every 300 engine-hours)
- Add: This button will turn blue once you’ve given the item a name. Clicking this saves it and returns you to the list.
